Returns & Exchanges
At Gaggia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home espresso experience. If your machine or accessory does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery in its original packaging.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or use our guest portal to submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Machine
Carefully clean and drain all water from your machine, then pack it securely in its original double-walled Gaggia box including all manuals and accessories.
- 3.Attach Shipping Label
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box, ensuring any previous shipping barcodes are completely covered or removed.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
